The True Spec Series pass-through heated holding cabinet offers convenience and efficiency with its connection between the front and back of the house. Maintain stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food with low velocity fans that evenly distribute heat to keep the cabinet between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Featuring one stainless steel heating element and four solid stainless steel doors, this cabinet ensures excellent heat retention and recovery. With an exterior on/off switch and temperature control dial, adjusting temperatures is quick and easy. The positive seal, self-closing doors have a 120 degree stay-open feature for convenient passing of food from the kitchen to serving staff. This model also comes with (4) 5" casters, two with brakes, for easy maneuverability during cleaning. Both the interior and exterior are made of durable stainless steel, and for easy product identification, the interior is equipped with bright incandescent lighting.
