The True Manufacturing STR2H-2S Spec Series heated holding cabinet offers reliable temperature control to keep your baked or cooked food at its best. With low velocity fans and a stainless steel heating element, this cabinet maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The solid stainless steel doors and positive seal ensure excellent heat retention and recovery, while the exterior on/off switch and temperature control dial allow for easy adjustments. Its self-closing doors also feature a handy 120 degree stay-open function for convenience. Equipped with four 5" casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet is easy to maneuver during cleaning. The durable stainless steel interior and exterior are built to last, and the bright incandescent lighting makes it easy to identify products. Environmentally friendly, the cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
